Private studio for small group or one to one sessions . Fully matted with punch bags and training equipment.For more info about bookings for this room please see contact page.
Reception and shop area .You can come into reception to ask about info on all the different range of martial arts that are available at our club , we also have class timetables with usefull telephone numbers for you to take away and brouse over .
The shop has a full range of training equipment to purchase and full advice on what you will need is given by experianced instructors.
Main gym area where all scheduled classes take place.This area is fully matted with a large selection of quality hanging punchbags fixed hook and uppercut bag and several UFC medium and large floor punchbags. We pride ourselves on our full range of training equipment in our club to suit everyones training needs including a raised 16 foot boxing ring for the full martial arts experiance.
Seperate changing rooms for male and female with plenty of hanging space and bench room, we also have lockers in each of the changing rooms that are available at a small cost that is payable per year .
We have 2 showers available to use after your training session with plenty of hanging room a chair and mirror. Shower key is available at reception for a small charge of 50p.
We have seperate toilet facilities for male and female with wash basin with hot and cold water and soap,and hand dryers. Our toilets are cleaned and checked daily.We have a huge free car park directly outside the club that is lighted by flood lights in the darker months of the year.
All the club facilities are cleaned and maintained by volunters from the club who gladly give up there spare time to keep our premises in good condition, we are very gratefull for there time so ask everyone who uses the club to take care and show respect for all the hard work that we put into making the club what it is today. If any would like to give a little time to help keep our club in prestine condition please ask one of the instructors .
